           SASSY, like her father, is a perfect example of what a show horse is: refinement and class galore.  With a big eye, long slender neck, straight top line, beautiful “RIO” head, and eye-catching color, SASSY is very hard to beat.

Like her father “RIO”, she has had a very impressive show record.  In just a few short months, she has won the honor of being 2001 AMHA Honor Roll Champion in Open Halter, Amateur Level 1 Sr. Mares, and Youth Sr. Mares; 2000 National Res. Ch. Sr. Mares; 2000 & 2001 Top Ten in Open Halter, Amateur & Youth; 2000 & 2001 Central Regional Gr. Ch. Amateur 1 Sr. Mares &Youth Sr. Mares; and 2000 & 2001 Res. Gr. Ch. Sr. Mare 28-30!!!!  She earned the title of AMATEUR SUPERIOR EVENT HORSE LEVEL 1 SR. MARES in only 1 year!

To the sadness of Dusty Hartzog of Rocking EK Training Center, SASSY came home after the 2001 National Show, but her babies are now winning in the show ring.
